Turkey receives first S400 modules

Just saw the news that the first parts of the S400 system have arrived in Turkey. That may mean that delivery of F35 to Turkey will be cancelled. That would be a very understandable and wise decision.

Maybe some of the 100 F35's Turkey has ordered will now be available at a discount to other buyers.

I do not know how many F-35's have been delivered to Turkey yet, but if the delivery of the rest is stopped, operational use of only a handful will not make sense.

Maybe Turkey could donate one to the Monino Museum

Only four have been build so far and might be stored in the near future, like the Pakistani F-16's have been for years.

Of course there's also a remote chance that this was all a big NATO play by Trump and Erdogan and those S400's will be shipped off to Nellis once they have been delivered.

Would be great, but I think neither if them is smart enough to come up with such a plot.
