Flew to Sigonella from here and returned to Stuttgart on the 9th.

Visiting the port of Funchal (so, not the airport, technically :lol: ) from 12-14 august was F-331/NRP Alvares Cabral, a Portuguese Navy frigate. Aboard was Super Lynx Mk.95 19203 :D

Another very nice visitor to the port of Funchal on 20 august (wish I could have stayed a few more days...): Brazilian Navy corvette V-34 Barroso. It was on its way to (ultimately) Lebanon to take part in the United Nations UNIFIL operations there. Aboard was Lynx Mk.21 A (AH-11B) N-4004. See:
