There's been a couple of airliners at Eindhoven on Monday to drop off US Army personnel.

There's been a couple of airliners at Eindhoven on Monday to drop off US Army personnel.

Question, both these flight originated from KGRK/ Fort Hood Texas. Today Rotterdam sees a B737 also from KGRK (via Gander).
However 1stCAB is based Ft Riley/ Kansas, so why do they bring in pax from Ft Hood? and with previous returns from Germany to Rotterdam and then on to conus we never had those flights.

I believe it has to do with the other troops. There is more ongoing than only the helicopters.. Like trucks, other vehicles etc.

Received a text this morning saying the first of 15 Ch-47s expected at Eindhoven today 10 /10/19 seems a little early to me, but does anyone have any info to confirm this.

But those trucks etc also belong to 1st CAB, or at least Ft Riley...
Looks to me like the civil charters brought in troops. Troops for what?

Perhaps the troops needed to transport the vehicles that are currently inbound for Vlissingen Harbour to Germany? (As stated in the telegraaf nieuws item some posts up)

Seen on ADS-B this morning (11-10-2019@09:00LT) CH-47F 14-08168 c/s R08168 landing at Wiesbaden.
Also @ 09:15LT HH-60M 08-20160 c/s R20160 airborne from Ansbach heading west.
These are both 1 CAB a/c that arrived through Zeebrugge last February.
Seems the move is starting...
