Heard it could have been an extradition flight. C-17 was doing a MEDEVAC.

It was related to passengers on the C-17A, which came in from a location beginning in 'G'. There were some medical pax. on the C-17, but there were many more that were not.

There was a heavy police presence at the base for this, the speculation is the repatriation of the children of ISIS fighters from Syria.

AFAIK, nothing in the media, yet.

The C-130 came from Pisa and was most probably a diplomatic courier flight around various points in Africa. The same airplane departed here to Faro (LPFR) on the 15th, then on to DGAA from there the following day. There have been a number of these C-130 flights through Northolt over the last 3-4 years, most if not all having callsigns in the low RRR57xx range.
