Radar shows (unfortunately above overcast, level 390), crossing ex Finkenwerder (so might de delivery) over Liege heading SW:
JAT9001 which is given als "Chilean" and "military", hex E8060B; no reg no type
Anyone more?

JAT9001 Heading for Tenerife now, so the Chileen part seems to be correct. Military? Don’t know...

Edit: most likely civil airliner on delivery to Jetsmart Chile, they seem to fly with JAT flightnumbers. So civil.
