Recently the C-21A fleet started getting a makeover to digital cockpit and additonal upgrades including GPS.earlier the aircraft based at Andrews were moved to Scott,giving Scott 14 aircraft and 5 Based At Ramstein for a total of 19 C-21A in fleet:
