With the last flight of the J-362 as 'SAW1' from Leeuwarden to Volkel on 23 January 2020 the KLu is back to 61 operational F-16's as budgetted for 2020.

Another thing to look out for is the return of the J-062 to flying service after 5 years of inactivity.

Quite some F-16's have already flown in 2020 according to several sources on social media which are updated in the list below:

J-881 is withdrawn from use already. Not sure about her last flight date though.

According to ads-b it flew the next morning as 'SAW02' a local mission. It was seen on 21 January 2020 being towed on Leeuwarden without a rudder on the vertical stabilizer.

On 17-12-2019 it flew in the afternoon as Slammer1

Other additions to the list:
- J-644 was seen flying from Leeuwarden on January 20 as AJ01 on a QRA mission (ADS-B).
- Both J-624 (which took the place of J-644 earlier in the week) and J-628 were seen flying as QRA aircraft on January 22 (photoproof).

EDIT: plus I have J-881 flying on December 18 (photoproof). It was not among the 6 F-16s flying at Leeuwarden on December 19 (last flying day at Leeuwarden in 2019).

J-006, no news
J-011, full color 312 badge on the left, grey 312 badge on the right. grey tailband on both sides.
J-014, no news
J-063, no news
J-136, no badge and tailband on the right. only a grey 312 badge on the left, no tailband.
J-515, no news
J-516, grey 322 badge and tailband. Landed at Volkel after maintenance at SABCA in Charleroi, so I presume it is now a 312/313 aircraft.
J-646, no news

Addition:
Noted flying from Leeuwarden on Feb 3/4/5 was J-616, the oldest KLu F-16 still flying. So still active in 2020 (should be retired soon though).

Gaat de J-616 FF2020 nog halen? Hoop nog een plaat van deze oudgediende met de F-35 te kunnen maken..
