Vertol V-43A at Dusseldorf

Can anyone identify a V-43A (H-21) that was on display (and open to the public) at Dusseldorf airport painted yellow with the word "RESCUE" on the rear section of the fuselage? This would have been around 1977 and I assume it was ex. German Army/Air Force.
Details of its fate would also be much appreciated!

This link shows your helicopter, perhaps that forum is able to answer your question?

I did a brief search, its ID may be 83+17 that is currently at the Sinsheim museum.
Perhaps the museum is able to confirm its history.

The Sinsheim 8317 is indeed ex Air Classic Dusseldorf
