But the EU top is 17 and 18 juli, so why should nothing arrives or departs on Saturday or Sunday?

Because Saturday is not a full day of meetings and usually some leaders depart before the end of the Summit.
But let's wait and see what happens, you will know before Saturday if any aircraft are left.
