Who knows if the visitorterrace at Koln Bonn is open tomorrow and what Covid limitations are in place?

Can pictures be made there over the glass barrier on the upper level?

As far as I know, only the first level of the terrace is open, for a max of 60 persons!

The airport website mentions that the lower level of the terrace is open and only allowed for max 60 persons while wearing a face mask.

Can you confirm where on the website you have this info from?
