The media report this facility has been closed to civil traffic, and is to act in support of the nearby Excel centre, which has been turned into a hospital to deal with Covid-19 patients.

Spotting here will NOT be welcome by the powers that be. Groups of more than two people are illegal.

Edit, By the end of June the lockdown has been eased, and limited civil movements have re-commenced here.
