Noted at NAS Fort Worth was AF-279 as 18-5451/AK in 355 FS markings today, April 21, 2021. Second one for me in 355 FS markings.
So with this in mind does anyone have any idea on the construction number of 19-5534 and 19-5535?
Cheers,
Tally.
19-5534 up to 19-5541 are AT-15 - AT-22 according to my knowledge. These are ex 18-0015 - 18-0022 and were destined for Turkey and already on prudction line when Turkey was withdrawn form project.
F-35s Leeuwarden grounded as a precaution

Grit spray on 3 F-35s may have caused engine wear. The grit would come from an anti-slip layer of the runway system at Leeuwarden Air Base. It is being investigated whether this is indeed the cause. The engine wear was discovered on the Frisian base during standard inspections.

I am looking for the identity of F-35A xx-5285 (FY/FMS 17-xx or 18-xx). I think this is an Italian one, but I am not sure.
Second question: is there already an indication of the users for FY/FMS xx-5452 to xx-5506
Regards,
Hans van Herk
Assumed 5452-5506 will be 19-5452 to 19-5506.. AF-280 onwards all for USAF?
Was 5451/AK an 18FY or 19 please? It should be 18.
Thanks
Mark
