what is the current situation on Spangdahlem?

Hello,

In my memory is still a message that most F16s from Spangdahlem were moved to the Eastern Bloc early this year.
Are these F16s back now and is there activity at Spangdahlem again, or is it still very quiet there?

Base is open again and after they where in Sweden F-16 are back possible not all.
on 1 July there where 12 vipers flying
