Are you not confused with C-17A 96-0006 "Spirit of Berlin" that was at Schönefeld (ILA site, former russian sector of Berlin, or East Berlin (or what we were not allowed by our teachers to write down in the mid-eighties on a request to visit East Berlin "Berlin-Hauptstadt der DDR")) south of the city.
