Well we didn't have these to begin with in NL. I'm putting my money on foreign shows. However I think it will only be a matter of time before also in other countries the environmental regulations will kill these events. Not to mention all the environmental clubs with their lawsuits.

The approach for recruiting new personell these days are, so called, info-days.
A couple off bases (commands) like ACC Volkel and DHC have organised these infodays this year.
Mainly for a specific public; youth who completed school and other students who might be interested in serving for 1 year (dienjaar).
This is way more efficient for the Airforce and a huge shame for us enthousiasts.
