Not really, a/c currently over Saudi-Arabia and from that leaves at least 6 hours of flighttime remaining so 19.00 seems more likely

Might be a bad (miscoded) transponder as it was using 4CC26D as hexcode while this is the one TF-IST used on previous visits to AMS on 27May and 8Jun..
