AME3154 TK.10-06 Spanish Air Force KC-130 in camouflage colours at 22000ft over Zeeland right now, heading NE.

Yesterday, April 10, at around 1600pm lt, a jet fighter flew overhead Zaandam from west/southwest to the east/northeast. Based on the volume of the jet noise, I estimated the altitude at approx. 5000ft ( Fighter not visible due to cloud cover). ADSB showed nothing. Anybody for the serial and purpose of this fighter over Zaandam?

Must have been Rafale B 317/4HO "FAF7401" out of St Dizier inbound Leeuwarden for Frisian Flag.
