Hans, you are jumping to conclusions. If you have followed the registration process you should by now have received 4 separate e-mails, but no tickets yet. In the last of these 4 e-mails it is stated that you will receive your tickets once your registration had been approved by Polish Counterintelligence. Remember that the clearing process in Landivisiau also took several weeks! If you have NOT received four e-mails, contact the organisation. No money lost (yet).

Last Friday I received a mail from the bureau that organises the spotter's day that after 15 March (could mean anything, I know) mails with tickets will be sent.
One thing that became apparant following discussions on Flugzeugforum is that it may all be for nothing; the location at which we will be placed will be facing the sun.
See https://www.flugzeugforum.de/threads/ti ... 803/page-5, although one will need a registration with Flugzeugforum in order to view images on their boards.
Hans.

As so many, still no tickets received, also they don't react on any email. Think about asking my creditcard to cancel my payment, and stay home. Very bad organization.
Some apparently did, some didn't ...
After payment you seem to get several e-mails, one of them stating that you're details ( ID, background ) are to be screened through mil.intel.
So i guess the total procedure can take several weeks.
Can remember the organisation via the NTA also took several weeks on certain times.
If the organisation is bad, i don't know. Poland seems to have some experience with spotters days, probably smaller in size.
The fact that this is a event combined ( offered ) with a airshow, might make it take a little longer.
One thing that can be better is the way they communicate, respond to e-mails and provide overal information.
"the country’s ruling Law and Justice party (PiS) ... calls for up to three years in prison or a fine for accusing the Polish state or people of involvement or responsibility for the Tiger Meet arrangements. The proposed legislation has raised concerns among spotters about how the Polish state will decide what it considers to be facts."
