From first page
136.3750 = RAPCON West This is a 131 EMVO a/a not Dutch Mil

Most freqs in use are :

132.350/264.325 FIC
128.350/397.275 Lower
120.830/240.900 Upper

If otherwise, 9 out of 10 times they will get a Handover from one of these freqs so you can't miss them (for Instance BLADE was working on 285.050 yesterday evening handover from Dutch Mil)
Does happen from time to time Bandbox is using Less used Dutch Mil freqs, also they will get a Handover to them so again you can't miss them.

Thanks, just bought a new scanner (bearcat 3500xlt) after my oar8200 died.
I've put all the frequentie's in manually in my aor so i had nothing left.
Lesson learned..... :(
