I hope to see this bird overflying my house here in Purmerend.
i read on the net that he was in JFK on august the first.

Today at +/- 11.00 the 8960E2 appeard on the SBS box making him as the A6-EDA a A-380 from Emirates.
So he passed today the southern part of the Netherlands.

Emirates has 2 daily flights to JFK, one by 777-300ER and on by A380.
The A380 flies the following flights:
EK201 DXB-JFK
DEP 08:30 LT
ARR 14:15 LT
EK202 JFK-DXB
DEP 23:00 LT
ARR 19:45 LT

Just a couple of minutes ago(17:10lt) i saw the first A380 from Emirates passing the south from my house @ FL380 heading the UK with the number 8960e2 (UAE201).

Read elswhere this bird diverted today to Munic, reason unknown to me.
Hence the reason she is late.

Hi, does anyone know the origin and type of the 4-engine prop, that flew over Heinenoord (10 km south of Rotterdam) at 10:40lt? It looked like it came straight out of WW2.

and at 10.25 it made a very hard turn at 500 Feet over the village of Katwijk. It came from De Kooy. Maybe a ex MarPat pilot said goodbye to his family.
