According to Marinetraffic website still there at 23:00 local.

That is nice. If it would have continued it would have passed Ewijk around 06:00u. This now has become about 09:00u so I hope it stays in for another few hours as I am planning to intercept it near as far as Nijmegen or Oij if necessary but my TOT overthere is around 13:00u!
According to the "sluiswachter" he has to resume his journey at around 01.00.

So when we take in account the log of last week: Kramerssluizenkomplex: 28/3 23:30 > Nijmegen 29/3 11:09.
Then it will arrive at Nijmegen around 12:40. So plenty of options.
It's almost at Deest. The speed is 6,7 knots, 10,4 km/h.
With help from google Earth it's almost 20 km till Nijmegen, so I think it will pass Nijmegen around 12.15
