A drone from Ukraine bomb a natural gas plant southwest of St Petersburg according to news, the night between saturday and sunday.

The natural gas plant is placed close to the large nuclear plant Sosnovy Bor. The natural gas plant is 70 km from St Petersburg, and thr nuclear plant is placed between Ust Luqa (the name of the nutral gas plant) and St Peterburg.

The registration number of the crashed Il-76 is RA-78830.
Start from Belgorod. It was flying towards the central part of Russia (north-eastern flight direction) and fell near the village of Yablunovo.

I have the aircraft as

01010 Il-76MD RF-78830 1990 2021 Chkalovskij 223 LO

But some aircraft around this RF have changed from RA, and some have remained the old RA number, often only changed the letters.

The aircraft was based at Chkalovsky, Moscow and belonged to the unit 223 LO.

It was produced 1990 and last seen 2021.

Production number 01010.

Before this has some more IL-76 gone the same way and crashed in the same area. This is not the first IL-76 crashing recently.

Ukraine's general staff, quoted by the Ukrainska Pravda website,

It made no mention of prisoners of war.

However, the head of Ukraine's military intelligence directorate, Andriy Yusov,
said a prisoner exchange had been due to take place.

"I can state that the exchange planned for today is not going ahead," he told Radio Liberty.

The crash took place on Russian territory and there is little chance of corroborating what happened.
