Similar NOTAMS appeared last year shortly before the F-15-deloyment started, indicating C-17's to be parked on this runway. So an educated guess makes me believe that between the above time/date frame C-17's can be expected. Possibly F-15's arriving 30th and/or 31st? Time will tell of course.

I am thinking of visiting Leeuwarden coming Monday, but as this is the first day of the exercise: will there be two missions or maybe just one in the afternoon? Didn't see a schedule yet, hence the question.

Will Friday 15/4 be a normal flying day, including an afternoon mission?

Due to busyness at work, I will have very limited time next week to go to Leeuwarden, and the second week of FF is already a no-go because of a business trip to China.
I hope I can leave office early either on Wednesday 13/4 or Friday 15/4; half a day is still better than nothing I guess.

Due to school I'm only able to visit Leeuwarden in the weekends, I know the aircrafts won't fly in the weekend.
But is it possible to make some photos from the jets that are parked outside?

I hope some one can help me out.

The majority leaves in the morning, some will fly the mission and then head for home and others skip the mission and fly direct home.
Probably only the 322sqn F16's and ANG Eagles will return after the morning mission.

So this a little different from last year, when fighters from the morning came in after the sortie. And left a little later. ..
Is it known when the eagles leave?
