A) is Santa Maria FIR, could you guide me through the B) and C) timings, is this the reservation for their FIR only and therefore approx arrival time Lajes is between those times? Since 1458z to 1907z is too short a timeframe to fly from Lakeland to Lajes (2.700+ NM)

Worldnis, this is only from the Lajes FIR boundary to Lajes AB. For the New York/ Gander part there is no Airres.
