Texel (EHTX) - 2024 Civ/Mil

Today Gabon Defence TR-KOF (AW139) made a short stop on Texel airport. Not visible on ADSB, he left at 1702 local, the crew sounded clearly Dutch via radio. Who knows where he came from and knows more about his current whereabouts?

Ik heb even terug zitten luisteren, hij heeft een korte lokale vlucht gemaakt naar De Koog, en is daarna weer op Texel geland.
Ging terug in de Red Nose hangaar, Idd nederlandse piloot, als ik het goed heb de eigenaar Ruud van Red Nose , doet onderhoud aan vliegtuigen en helicopters volgens Mr Google.

It flew to Le Breuil in France today acc to radarbox, so doesn't seem like it

on ads-b the serial was given as TRLJV

Ik heb navraag gedaan op Texel en dit kreeg ik als antwoord:
De TR-KOR was hier eind mei aangekomen uit de UK. Dit was een militaire Gabonese regi en dat bleek niet handig. Lang niet alle landen gaven toestemming om zo'n heli door hun luchtruim te laten vliegen. Uiteindelijk is de heli omgezet naar TR-LJV, een civiele regi. Dinsdag is de heli vertrokken naar LFOT in Frankrijk met uiteindelijke bestemming Gabon.

Klopt, Radarbox liet registratie TR-KOF zien. Direct eronder stond TRLJV vermeld, normaal staat hier het callsign en in dit geval is het de nieuwe regi. Deze regi was ook duidelijk te zien op de webcam. Heb je soms ook meegekregen of de tweede AW139 ook al op Texel is?

nee over de tweede AW139 weet ik niets. Het antwoord op mijn vraag kreeg ik binnen een dag. Dus kennelijk staat vragen vrij info@texelairport.nl
