the spottersday was so Bad we asked to go at 15:00u and went to Ramstein

there where more planes at Ramstein than Nancy

Be glad spottersdays are organized *at all*. Sometimes you don't get what you expect.

Mirage 671 should have code 3-XK, but I can't confirm from my own sightings here.

we where outside the field and it was standing between the shelters on the side from the appeltree's and sockerfield

does we have misreading it?/

If that's the side of the main entrance (where the static etcetera was) and the Mirage was polemounted you indeed misread it; that one is 498/3-EC (at least on the left side of it).

it was standing in the shelter area by spottingplace 2 (Near the Orchard)

maybe is this the

512 Mirage 3E, preserved in EC01.003 area

OK, that's a different one then! Don't know which one that is, and unfortunately we didn't see it at all.....
