The list that they published, isn't too exciting for mil.spotters...

Well, it was already stated this year would be somewhat "low key".
And if "60 years of 7 Squadron" isn't able to attract (m)any fellow Lynx operators then I guess the "2009 edition" will be rather "sparse" as far as military aircraft are concerned...

Due to safety reasons on and off the field, the next roads will be closed on the day:
Luchthavenweg 09.00 - 17.00
Parallelweg N250 09.00 - 17.00
Doggersvaart East of Torplaan 09.00 uur - 17.00
Doggersvaart West of Torplaan/Guldemondweg till Landmetersweg 13.00 - 16.30
Kortevliet 13.00 - 16.30

Today the local press announced these measures will be looked after very strictly. NOT COMPLYING WITH POLICE ORDERS ABOUT THIS WILL SEE YOU ARRESTED IMMEDIATELY!
This is because there were people watching the show from these spots on the last two occasions, although it is seen as dangerous by the authorities.

According to the "official" program distributed in the local area, no Gilze-Rijen based DHC choppers will participate. The reason for this is a rotation of machines to and from Uruzgan.

Unfortunately the airshows website gives only times.

I can't find it on the website yet, but Broussard F-GIBN will be attending this show. As will the Yak.52's of Lelystads Dutch Thunder Yaks team (formerly known as "Yaks over Holland" and RedYak when in single/dual ship mode).

That now-deleted PDF-file stated that the Lelystad-based Yak-3U would be doing a flying display at Den Helder. But as http://www.scramble.nl/forum/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=56214" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; shows that is now unfortunately not going to happen this year...

Also mentioned back then (about a month ago): flying displays of the Dutch-based Fouga Magister, RAF King Air, The Blades, Extra 300 solo, Pitts demonstration, NH90 demo, Lynx demo, and that was it...

Static: Dornier 228 (Dutch Coastguard I presume), Agusta Bell AB412 , PC-7, no Gilze-Rijen choppers at all, An-2, Broussard, Tiger Moth, DC-3, L-39, Fokker Four, PA-18, PA-19, Stinson Reliant AT-19, Fairchild UC-61 Argus , Ryan PT-22 (this one still on?), SE5 replica and Saab Safir.

Any news on when we can expect arrivals / final training?. I'll be gone on Saturday, and like to see some of them comming in, or doing a final training like last year.

I guess most arrivals will be saturday morning, departures saturday afternoon/evening, as with most EHKD shows, especially as there is very limited military non-based participation.

The Blades, Team Guinot, and the RJF will all be going to the Sanicole show shortly after this one, if they land at all.

There are two flying that I know of, a blue one that crashed, you reffering to that one right? And a metallic one, so hopefully the mettalic will be on the static.
