Are known the effective numbers of the aircrafts participants to the spotter day?

That is about the same thing people said about those who registered for Zeltweg last year. The final results can be seen anywhere. Common sense dictates that the special coloured Hawkeye, Xingu, Atlantique etc will be on display, apart from anything else the FN has to offer.JA37 wrote:People spend 30 Euro on a spottersday with unknown participants list...
Besides, many of us will be around anyway for the exercises at Istres and Orange. We'll see who has the last laugh.

well, 30 euro is a lot of money, and who really cares if you miss out on 1 or 2 planes, it won't be the end of the world anyway! And what's the use of attending all "events" if you see the same stuff each time around? As long as the events that you do visit mostly live up to the expectations and the weather is fine, at least for me that is sufficient and all that matters...
Besides that, what is your guarantee you'll see more on the spotter's day then on the "normal" showday?
Anyone should do as they pleases but above all, remain social

Hans , I remember a spottersday that also could be visited the day before the show when you paid € 20-30 in advance.
This turned out to be also a family day with (almost) more people on the field, the day before the show. The day of the show it was much more better.
It was Buckeburg in 2006.
So don't get your hopes up too high.

I will visit the show on sunday but that's because I have to work nightshift on friday, sleep on saturday morning and fly to Marseille on saturday afternoon.
If I had the time I certainly would go to the spotterday. What is €30,- on a trip to Soutern France.....
Beware of the fact that the most planes/helicopters will be on the concrete whitout fences....
(as they did in the past )................

It was in a mail from the organisators that I received a few hours before the beginning of the registration:
