I think that Oscar meant that the ETA's for tomorrow (22/3) are the same as they were (to have been) for today (21/3), so those given above...

RCH558 ETA is 1530Z. He was told that the base closes at 1530Z so he may have to remain overnight if they cannot get the opening hours extended.
