Hi all,

I've never been to this base before, but I'm planning to do so next month of June.
Probably on Friday 12th or Saturday 13th.
Anyone of you who can tell me what day is the best to see the most movements ?

Given the dates you posted, Friday 12th of June is likely the best of the two seeing any movements.

F-16s will not fly in the weekend, so if that's what you're going for, don't go on saturday.
The occasional C-17 and C-5 will be landing in the weekends (and on weekdays of course), but you're probably better off going to Ramstein for that.

As a beginning spotter I have a question concerning visiting spangdahlem and ramstein: is it a problem/legal to make photo’s?

It is not a problem to take pics, there is one important rule however, don’t take pics in the direction of the base, with infrastructure in the background.
So I would advice to take only pics of aircraft in the air.
