Spotting around the airport is easy with places to stop around the maintenance & GA areas. There`s a parking spot at the 05 end which I suspect is good for landing shots. This 737 was a 23 departure taken from this point

The log for Tues included a short visit in the morning then again mid afternoon til departing for Brisbane around 1900. In between this we visited Parafield which is about 30 mins to the NE and the South Australian Aviation Museum on the way back to ADL

The only thing of interest to me at Parafield was this China Southern C550 VH-ZLE https://flic.kr/p/rVoSk8
Plenty spam was evident along with a small museum in one of the hangars.

Car hire was pretty cheap, we reserved a 4WD & got a Qashqai for less than a standard car. We stayed in a nearby motel which was good(name escapes me at mo). The breakfast was extra but was worth paying for.
