Not listed in the airshow calendar here; next weekend San Isidro will host an airshow to celebrate the 76th anniversary of DR's air force. Both on Saturday and Sunday the base will open for the general public from 11 am till 8 pm. The flying display will start 2 pm.
Apart from the standard displays, there are rumours of surprise visitors attending.. The recent attendance of a FAD Dulus to the FIDAE in Chile (yes, it actually flew in on its own!) has probably strengthened the bond with other LATAM air forces.
Tickets can be purchased up front, both normal (600 pesos, so supercheap) and VIP (3000 pesos) packages, from outlets like UEPA tickets & Boletería CCN.
With VIP you get access to VIP parking, a rooftop terrace with snacks included and a poster signed by the display pilots.
