Fourteen A-10 Thunderbolt II aircraft assigned to Osan's 25th Fighter Squadron, arrived last week at Yokota Air Base (Japan).
While conducting local missions in and over Japan, they prepared themselves for Red Flag Alaska 21-2, a Pacific Air Forces-sponsored exercise designed to provide realistic training in a simulated combat environment, with primary flight operations over the Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex (AK).
Besides the dozen that Scramble Magazine already reported on 22 May 2021, OS coded A-10Cs 78-0615 and 79-0183 were also sighted at Yokota.
