Dijon - Longvic (BA102)

1Runway 35 approach 1

The first spot to visit is the approach of runway 35. From here landing shots and reading the serials is quite OK. To get here you take the A39 towards Dijon and exit at exit no.3. From the A39 turn onto the N5 and turn right onto the D905 towards Neuilly-les-Dijon. In this small town turn left onto the Chemin de Rouvres. Following this road you will end up at the fence. Keep following the fence and pass the runway 35 approach. After you cross the channel you can park your car in Ouges and walk from there on. Cross the channel again and take the small dirt road that parallels the channel. You will find a spot there that suits your needs.

2Runway 35 approach 2

Another spot for the 35 approach is very near the first spot. Depending on the lighting conditions you can position yourself a bit further to the south. This position is higher than spot 1.

3Platform view

A spot to visit to get a view on the platform and read some serials (with strong binoculars). From a corner in the fencing you can direct your binoculars to the platform and, possibly, you will end up with a couple of extra serials. You actually pass this spot if you follow the directions towards spots 1 and 2.

4Civil area

Sometimes additional serials can be read from the civil area. To get here drive from Rouges (spot 1) towards Longvic using the D968. You will note the signs leading you to the civil airport.
