This small airport is located next to the river Loire. The Airbus factory here is the second most important production site of Airbus France and, consequently, frequently visited by the Airbus Beluga aircraft.
To the west are the enormous factories of Airbus. To the north are a small terminal and an aeroclub. Be aware that it is forbidden to stop along road D100 and to take pictures of the Airbus factory.
From the dual carriageway N171 (Guérande-St. Nazaire-Nantes) take the exit "Montoir/Aeroport/Airbus Industries". Following the "Aeroport" and "Airbus Industries" signs will lead you to a small civil terminal and the huge Airbus factories. They can be seen for miles around, so it's very difficult to miss them.
