1East side approach runway 29

The highway runs past the threshold and airport perimeter wall. It would not be wise to linger there. Alternatively, make a right just before the main road bends right around the airfield. Make a right again either before or in the small industrial estate. From there you are a bit further away but less obvious.

2Ramp view

Take the road that runs past the south of the airfield, this is the first through road after the airfield when coming from Shiraz city. Take the first paved road right, this will cross the ditch. Halfway towards the wall you can still see the tails of the transport parked on the north side and pole them off.

If you follow this road straight ahead between there will be a T-junction with a gate to your left and some houses to your right, go right towards those. Try to drive past these houses on the unpaved and very bad road towards the fenced off buildings. You will stand out enormously between the locals, so do not linger but head back and ask for the terminal or something. The only way out is tracking back through the village and past the military gates.

3South side shelter view

From spot 2, go left instead of straight. Driving along the wall you will be able to read off a couple transports as well but you are in line of sight of a guard tower.

4West side approach runway 11

Follow the road around the corner and head north. Go into the small village, go into the wasteland to the west of that, for example across the little bridge over the stream. From there you have a good view of the aircraft coming in to land at runway 11.
