General

This is a fairly new facility as the helicopters used to be based at the Norman-Westheimer AP (OK). Viewing possibilities are very limited as the heliport is surrounded by woods and also some kind of prison is nearby with a lot of off limits roads.

Getting There

Lexington lies about 40km south of Oklahoma City and the heliport is located on road 39, about 6km east of town.

1Main Gate

This is the road leading to the main gate. It is guarded by a still unknown OH-13. From this road you can get a very distant look of some helicopters, but no reading or taking pictures. All other white roads whitin the grey area are accessible, but signposted off limits.
