Recently (being a couple of months now) the interactive maps on individual ORBAT's have not worked. They used to be quite nice, you could hover over an airbase in a particular country, get a brief summary of what's there, and then click on it to explore further. But they've quite working. I've gone ...
Hi Erik. I appreciate you responding to this. I really hope eventually we can get it back up. It used to be a really great source of information, even if the aircraft listings at the airbases were outdated. It still provided a great geographical reference to where airbases were located, etc. I alway...
You don't think its legitimate to complain about a major component of military aviation is missing from this website? The editors don't respond. Its dysfunctional, so it needs to be aired out in public. You know where I have to find information about current compositions of the Russian Air Force now...
Scramble... I've written on this a few times over the last couple of years. The Russian ORBAT went down and its never been back (aside from guessing a link where it was up until recently, but it was never published). Why isn't scramble saying "enough is enough" and getting this back up? Cl...
Well I appreciate some insight into what's happening. I don't have a current ORBAT, no. I am aware of changes at certain airbases here and there, particularly with the arrival of new aircraft into service like the Su-34. I know enough has changed with Russia reorganizing things constantly that info ...

And the editor in question (don't know if it's still the same?) agreed several times it would be published online too..... Yeah I purchased that one and have it. But it's not current any longer.
I do. Tremendously. I think scramble has the best content for air forces hands down. But this has been going on for a year and I can't get a single reason or answer out of anyone. Respect goes both ways and I haven't gotten mine.
So back in March I posted a thread about how over the past year I've received non-answers, dodges, and have been ignored as to what is going on with the Russian ORBAT. In that thread I wanted to know what was going on and got another non-answer. Here we are two months later and still no Russian ORBA...
So I've complained to the webmaster a couple times over the last year about the chronic unavailability of the Russian ORBAT on scramble. Russia is perhaps one of the most important ORBAT's any military site should have, especially given recent events. Yet no matter how many e-mails I send and how mu...
