I use a UBC780XLT, when I record via RecallPro in combination with ARC780 you are able to log the freqs with given times. I don't know of a program which records both freqs and voice. Go look for the UBC785XLT which is de successor of the famous 780, it has 1000 channels. For an antenna, go look for...

Better ask your question in the Eindhoven section, cause Leeuwarden is closed at the mo and 12 F-16's are flying out of EHEH.

Callsign is NVY308 formation, heard them handover from Bremen to Dutch Mil.
