Great set of pictures, looks like Miami is a nice place to do some spotting. BTW, where do I find the "where to go" airport database, you're referring to?
Amazing shots from Schipol and taken at places we usually don't see everyday. I JUST have to go to Amsterdam this summer, and the channel crossings will be on the top 3 places to spot from.
Fantastic report Rutger. I have a couple of questions for you about the Finkenwerder spotting positions. Do you have some google coordinates for the RW 23 harbor spotting tower, and is it open for the public or can we risk beeing chased away by the local police? I'm going there tomorrow Monday, so m...
"I have to agree on that. Especially with all recent developments going on at Schiphol about all the spotting/parking issues these days it is better not to anger all the authorities." What issues? I'm planning on going to Amsterdam later this year (July/August) and would like to know if it...
Is it possible to attach a file to a post? I have found a Poi fil of spotterplaces at Eham, for tomtom that I have converted to a kml which can be used in Google Earth. The problem is that I don't know how many places are still valid as spotting places, so I would like someone to update it.
Thanks a lot, it sure helps. I plan on going on a spottingtrip to Schihpol some time in July and is eager to find the best places to go. Polderbaan is off course on the list and also the river crossing, but this one will be put in my tomtom navigator as one of my favorites. It would be nice to meet ...
Off Course I know it's at Schiphol, but it looks like a fantastic place to be spotting. Just point to the number on your airport spotting places map, please http://www.jetphotos.net/viewphoto.php?id=6583596&nseq=26" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Sorry to be directing to...
Looks like a lot of airlines have a retro painted plane in their fleet. Which airline was the first to do it (SAS?)? And will they continue to have a retro plane or is it just a temporary paintscheme?
OK, I'll play, and this will also be my first picture posted on scramble.
So here's a picture of SAS A320 also called "lille prinsen" (the little prince)
