A few days at Lajes

Hello all, From the 4th till the 11th September we visited Terceira for a nice vacation and to do some spotting in the afternoon. Re: Lajes (Azores) (LPLA/TER) - 2009 MIL

If we heard it correct (out off the hotel) the first wave took off at approx 08.15 and the second wave at 08.45

Lucky 37+16 shot

Just to share my most lucky one-in-a-million-shot. This 37+16 was taken at Manching 11-07-08. After doing a quick scan i noticed a big dustspot on the shot. After enlarging it, it turned out to be a shadow at an almost perfect location. This is what i call a birdhit. http://i737.photobucket.com/albu...

Airfield Guide (Photo's) Japan: Shimofusa

Good evening all, At Shimofusa we only visited one spot. A little stepladder would come in handy but it’s not necessary with the straight sideviews. Spot 1 is at the end of a short dead-end street. There is at least room for 5 cars. One advice with the first picture. The runway is north-south, so do...
