Flap and horizontal stabilizer doesn't sound like a big deal to replace (without any knowledge of the work involved obviously). The Colombian Bronco's are not returning to the US. Besides that... they are finnished their structural life. The only nation left flying their last OV-10A and OV-10C (ex RThaiAF) are the Philippines. I have no idea how many Bronco's are left at AMARG?
