Our software supplier is working on the "Error" ticket, but I am afraid we have to wait until a regular update arrives.
No error should be encountered if you start with login and than proceed to the subscription ordering page.
Off course, when encountering errors, an e-mail to the address supplied in the renewal e-mail might provide a quicker answer!
