The article at nu.nl has been changed and it indeed were the F-16's.

2x AH64 visited Leeuwarden in the late afternoon.

Q08 & Q21 were present from 1620 till aprox 1800 departing to the south-west

Came the Q-05 via EHKD???
Because one AH64 with c/s Redskin.. made a low over at EHKD, but the number couln't read.

Negative. Apaches at Leeuwarden were "Bat71" and "Bat72".
