Elmer which email address did you use to get your photos removed? (I used the contact form on the website, but I'm not sure whether the right person will receive this)

I think there is still time to think it over, nearly a month if I read it well, seems it will start at the 8th of march. And till this time you can get your pictures of the site. But if this TOU stays the way it is now I will get my pictures of too, of course.

I just mean that waiting one day is useless. Nothing will change in that one day. Unless you mean your own opinion may change, in which case I withdraw my remarks!
I fail to see the connection to your watermark-remark: 1) that is to keep people outside A.net * from using your photo and 2) you can always re-upload with a stronger one.

* First Class members, crew and certainly DM see your photo without the watermark.

The new ToU have just been removed from A.net and the old ones are displayed again, with an extra text. There may be hope for the site.

Hi Guys

The TOU was a huge mistake. It was rushed and just copied from one of their other websites and thus not tailored to a.net with its photographers.

The TOU is now pulled and it will be rewritten to garanty the rights of the photographers.

It was not their intention to suggest you would lose your rights by uploading to a.net, that would of course be ridiculous and unacceptable. Unfortunately that's what the TOU implied so I understand all the anger. The new rules will be rewritten with input from the crew and community to make it acceptable for all photographers.

Let's wait for the new TOU. If you don't like it then you can always leave.

Don't shoot the messenger, I'm just here to explain.

@ Tim, does that mean that the deadline for having your photos removed has been postponed too ? until to new TOU is written?

Yes, until the new terms are up you don't have to sign or agree to anything.

Ha,

Even proeven hoe ver de loyaliteit gaat.

Groeten,
Stefan

Daar heeft het inderdaad veel van weg. Bovendien:
It was rushed and just copied from one of their other websites and thus not tailored
