Magic 62 calling Limelight and Alligator

He is calling Limelight (CAOC2 Kalkar, Germany) and mentions "alligator". When AWACS are flying they often mention this. I think it's the name of a certain track they are working in, but I'm not 100% sure about that. Maybe someone else knows the exact meaning of Alligator (besides that it is a predator ).

Takes too much time to explain Link11 and 16, better do a google search, then you'll find out it has nothing to do with areas!
Areas where the Pizza boys fly are mostly NL1 or NL2, roughly between Volkel and Apeldoorn.

So I think in this action Alligator is the ground-station.
I live in Alphen aan den Rijn and with my home-made QFH antenna at 2,5 meter
the receiving was very loud and clear.

What's so difficult? Link 11 and it's follow up Link 16 are both datacom systems, used by the militairy .
