Nice to see them back.

Amsterdam is also a key business market with longstanding links to Canada.

I mean how many times they started and stopped to route to AMS, quite strange as KLM operates 2x daily AMS-YYZ during summer.
Hopefully now they will stay.

762 is an Air Canada specific designation perhaps? As they have two different configurations on their B767-300ERs (not counting the Rouge frames).

Dat klopt. Achtergrond: aanvankelijk had AC al deze zomer willen beginnen met AMS, maar door de vertraagde levering van nieuwe vliegtuigen (de 787's) was er niet voldoende capaciteit. Om op je vraag terug te komen: de 767's schuiven op termijn door naar Rouge en de 787's komen dan op de lijn naar o.a. Amsterdam.

Ik hoorde onlangs dat Turkish Airlines 3 van de 5 zomervluchten in 2015 van Amsterdam naar Rotterdam Airport willen verhuizen. Iemand die dit kan bevestigen?

Het zou mij verbazen als dat gaat gebeuren, volgens mij willen ze al dagelijks vliegen op RTM, maar kan dat niet vanwege een gebrek aan slots (correct me if I'm wrong).

Geluidsnormen zijn daar een issue volgens mijn laatste info.

GermanWings is planning to bring the A319 to AMS from HAM on the evening service only:

- dep. HAM 19:10 - arr. AMS 20:10 4U 7184 A319 Non-Stop daily ex.Sat
- dep. AMS 20:45 - arr. HAM 21:45 4U 7185 A319 Non-Stop daily ex.Sat

The other two services remain operated by CR9.

Does easyJet work with fixed aircraft which will be based at Amsterdam? Or do they work like Ryanair with a w-pattern and as a result different aircraft everyday for the nightstop? Also, will the based aircraft be A319 or A320?

As far as I am aware there are no "W-patterns" planned from AMS yet. They will swap their aircraft across the network for maintenance and performance purposes though. So, you won't see the same 3 aircraft in AMS day in day out. Initially EZY is to base 3 A320 aircraft in AMS.

Routes for AMS-based aircraft as I've heard so far:

AMS-HAM-AMS (initially operated by HAM crew)
AMS-PRG-AMS (currently operated by BRS crew)
AMS-MXP-AMS (currently operated by MXP crew)
AMS-BOD-AMS (currently operated by NCE crew)
AMS-SPU-AMS(currently operated by MXP crew)
AMS-GVA-AMS (currently operated by GVA crew)
AMS-LGW-AMS (currently operated by LGW crew)

Geruchten gaan dat TK Sabiha Gökçen double daily gaan doen en dat de ochtendvlucht terugkomt vanaf AMS naar IST. Kan niet met zekerheid zeggen in hoeverre dit klopt.
