Tower controller told the KLM crew to "line runway 33 up after the departing Dornier 328" , what the crew read back as "line up for takeoff". A Skyworks D328 was cleared for take-off from the other end of the runway (approx 1300 m from the E190 ) and overflew the E190 departure.
