DUKE1 S-458 is the lead, second in formation always has the transponder off.
Second was S-445.

This was a single ship and not a formation of 4 F-16's.

ADS-B showed J-643, Tiger02 and J-016, Flash01 around that time. They left the TMA-D dropping from about 12000ft to 2000 ft and had a very unusual route overhead Leusden, Amersfoort, heading to Ede, Veenendaal and back to Amersfoort and finally heading back to Volkel via Ede.
