Is "BH" sure on cn 289? That makes it ex FAB-002 from gvmt of Bolivia and did not have winglets before.
As per offical register shared in this topic earlier it should be 286, ex N883RA. This one has winglets, like the M-ODUS this afternoon....

289 is the c/n of the part (the door), not the aircraft itself.
